EGOTH Holding is a company related to the Ministry of Investment and they were looking for a high-tech audio-visual system for their board room in Cairo. The customer required a conference system for 22 delegates and one chairman along with a wireless video projector which all attendants have wireless access to. After an evaluation of multiple companies DIS DCS 6000 was chosen because of features in the SW 6000 Software Management Systems such as viewing delegate names, voting, showing meeting agenda and being able to send messages to delegates.
