Dr. Urs M. Rickenbacher, Chairman of Informationsteknik Scandinavia Group and CEO of MCM Group, Switzerland.
Dr. Urs M. Rickenbacher has a Master's degree in Education and a Doctor's degree in Economics and Social Science. He also studied Management Science in the USA. After 20 years in a leading position in the Swiss Education System, Dr. Urs Rickenbacher developed in 1985 the MCM Group. Dr. Rickenbacher's main field of activities are advisory services related to Management, Communication and Marketing, Shared Business Services as well as business development.
Dr. Urs M. Rickenbacher works on a leading level in many organisations in economics, education and arts – and is member of national and international institutions. |

Mr. Jesper Rothe, Lawyer and Partner at Philip & Partnere, Denmark
Jesper Rothe has obtained his master's degree in Law at the University of Copenhagen (candidatus juris) and King’s College, London (Diploma in EC Competition Law). He was admitted 1984 and appointed to the Supreme Court 1989.
Jesper Rothe's specialist areas are Company and Commercial Law, including Taxation and Employment; Mergers and Acquisitions; Competition Law; Intellectual Property Law; Information Technology and Telecommunication Law.

Mr. Finn Halken, Managing Director and CEO, Informationsteknik Scandinavia Group
Mr. Finn Halken has achieved a Master's Degree in Science in Electronics and Acoustical Engineering in 1984 from the Technical University of Denmark, and has studied Business Administration at the Copenhagen Business University.
In 1986 DIS Congress Service employed Finn Halken as project manager for larger international projects. Two years later he became managing director of DIS, Danish Interpretation Systems A/S. After an aquisition of Ny Informationsteknik A/S - later Informationsteknik Scandinavia A/S, Finn Halken was appointed managing director for the Group. A position he still holds.
Mr. Finn Halken is a member of the international Audio Engineering Society (AES).
