DIS provides flexible and user-friendly voting units. These flush mount units are prepared for mounting into conference tables and desks anywhere.

The DCS 6000 system is continuously developed, and we can proudly present our flexible and user-friendly voting units. The units are modular and can be tailored to cover all needs with e.g. built in gooseneck microphone, a loudspeaker, 3 or 5 voting buttons, channel selectors and/or a chip card reader.
The CM/DM 6560F are fully digital microcomputer controlled conference units with loudspeaker and illuminated microphone mounted on a semi goose-neck arm. The units support a 3 button voting facility and a chip card reader for identifying the user of the system. It is delivered either as a chairman or a delegate version.
This unit has also built-in channel selector with 32 languages/channels, volume control and LCD for displaying of language/channel numbers or volume.
The CM/DM 6560F units offer full compatibility with the DCS 6000 Digital Conference System.
The CM/DM 6510F version is configured without the channel selector. |

The SW 6000 – Conference Management Software with the SW 6060 Parliamentary Voting Module
The DCS 6000 Conference Management Software runs on a pc, and the voting module adds voting control facilities to the application. Before the meeting the system administrator may want to register all delegates, control the voting sessions and create a number of voting setups. Setups like secret voting, delegate weight, number of buttons to be used and how to show elapsed/remaining time. The delegates can cast the vote using a pc with the CUA application or using a DCS 6000 voting unit.
The results can be displayed either on the pc-screen or shown on a large screen projector by using the Conference Display Application, CDA. The results are also stored in the database and can be displayed or printed out at any time.
The voting units including the conference management software have recently been installed at the EU Commission in Brussels. |
